WHY IT MATTERS
For generations, Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard has been a place Black families return to every summer. The Pavilion is built in that spirit: a place to come back to, every May.

THE FOUNDER
FOUNDER, THE NOIR RESERVE
Nneka E. Lee is an award-winning producer and executive with 15 years in television, digital media and brand partnerships, including roles at Amazon, Hello Sunshine and Mass Appeal. She is the founder of Celebrate & Elevate, an advisor to the Tory Burch Foundation and a member of the Black@ADCOLOR leadership team.
The idea for The Noir Reserve came in spring 2026, during a season of calls from accomplished friends rethinking what came next, and it took shape on trips to Santa Barbara. Her belief is simple: influence should turn into ownership.
"The Noir Reserve connects Black excellence with the capital, relationships, knowledge, and infrastructure needed to turn influence into ownership."
